Accessibility statement
Last reviewed October 4, 2026. What we do so that everyone can use Intime, where we still fall short, and how to tell us about a barrier.
1. Our commitment
Meeting someone shouldn't depend on how you see, hear, move or read. We want every adult in the United States to be able to use Intime, and we treat a barrier in the app as a fault to be fixed.
2. The standard we work to
We build the Intime app and this website toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That is our aim. We don't claim that every screen meets it today.
3. What we've done in the app
- Screen readers. Buttons, photos and controls carry labels for VoiceOver on iPhone and TalkBack on Android, and the app says who is on screen as you move through people.
- Larger text. The app follows the text size you've set on your phone.
- Contrast. The design is black and white, and text colors are chosen to meet the AA contrast level in both light and dark themes.
- Less motion. If your phone is set to reduce motion, the app's animations are cut back.
- More than one way to answer. You can answer a prompt in writing or with your voice.
4. What we've done on this website
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, and a "Skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard reaches.
- Whatever has keyboard focus has a visible outline.
- Pictures that carry meaning have text descriptions.
- The opening animation doesn't play if your device is set to reduce motion.
- Text can be enlarged in your browser without the pages breaking.
5. Where we know we fall short
- Photos that members upload don't have descriptions, so a screen reader can't say what a profile photo shows.
- Voice prompts don't have captions or a transcript.
- The face check asks you to take a selfie in a particular pose, which is hard for some people. If you can't complete it, write to us and a person on our team will help.
We're working on these, and we'll update this page as they change.
6. Tell us about a barrier
If something in the app or on this website doesn't work for you, email [email protected] with "Accessibility" in the subject line. It helps to tell us:
- what you were trying to do, and on which screen or page;
- your phone or browser, and any assistive technology you use;
- what happened instead.
A person reads every message. We aim to reply within two business days, and we'll tell you what we can do and when.
7. If you need this another way
If you need anything on this website, including our Terms and Privacy Policy, in a different format, write to the same address and we'll send it to you.
