Effective October 4, 2026. The names, marks and other work that belong to Intime, and the rules for using them.
This page lists the trademarks and other intellectual property that belong to Intime. The list is not complete. A name, mark or design that is missing from it still belongs to Intime, and leaving it off does not give up any of our rights in it.
Nothing on this page, in the app or on this website gives anyone permission to use what is listed here. Any use needs our written permission first, apart from the plain mention described in section 4.
These names and designs identify Intime and its service. Intime owns them and claims them as trademarks and service marks in the United States.
| Mark | What it is |
|---|---|
| INTIME™ | The name of the app, the service and the company behind it |
| INTIME+™ | The name of our subscription |
| The Intime wordmark™ | The word "intime" written in our handwritten script |
| The Intime mark™ | The two-stroke symbol that appears beside the wordmark, as the app icon and at the top of this page |
| The Intime logo™ | The mark and the wordmark shown together, side by side |
| The Intime app icon™ | The mark in white on a black square with rounded corners, as it appears on a phone |
| TAKE YOUR TIME™ | Our line, when it is used with the Intime name or mark |
The look of the app and this website also belongs to Intime: the layout of a profile, the way a like points at a photo or an answer, and the black and white design.
These belong to Intime too:
If we have given you permission to use one of our marks, show it with the ™ symbol the first time it appears and add a credit line close by. Use this wording:
Write the name as "Intime", with a capital I and no other capitals, and never as a verb or a plural. Don't shorten it, translate it or join it to another word.
The two-stroke mark, the handwritten wordmark, the logo they make together and the app icon are original artwork, protected by copyright as well as trademark law. Wherever either is shown with our permission, this notice must appear with it:
The Intime mark and wordmark © 2026 Intime. All rights reserved.
Show them exactly as we supply them. Don't redraw them, change their colors or proportions, add effects, crop them, or combine them with another name or logo.
You're welcome to mention Intime by name, in plain text, when you talk or write about it truthfully. A review, a news story or a post about your own experience needs no permission.
Everything else needs our written permission. That includes:
To ask for permission, write to [email protected].
The app, this website, and everything in them that isn't members' content are protected by copyright and belong to Intime. That includes the words, the design, the pictures, the sounds and the software. You may not copy, change, sell or build on any part of them without our written permission. Section 13 of the Terms sets out the license you have to use the app.
The people pictured on this website and in the app's examples are AI-generated. They are not Intime members.
If you see the Intime name or marks used in a way that looks wrong, such as a copycat app, a fake account claiming to be us, or an advertisement we didn't make, please tell us at [email protected]. Say where you saw it and include a link or a screenshot.
Your photos, answers, voice prompts, bio and messages stay yours. By posting them you give Intime permission to store and show them so the service can run, as section 7 of the Terms sets out. We will never use your photos in advertising outside the app without asking you first.
What other members post belongs to them. Don't copy it, share it outside Intime, or use it for anything other than getting to know them on Intime.
If you believe something on Intime infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with:
We remove material that infringes copyright, and we close the accounts of people who do it repeatedly. If something of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake, write to the same address and say why. We'll look at it again.
If a profile uses your photos, pretends to be you, or uses your name or your brand without permission, tell us. In the app, open the profile and choose Report. If you aren't a member, email the same address and say what is being used, where on Intime you saw it, and how we can tell it is yours.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or owing you anything.
This page sits alongside sections 7, 13 and 14 of our Terms. The Terms are the agreement between you and Intime. If this page and the Terms ever differ, the Terms apply.
